About

Mental health is not something so widely spoken about, something so serious yet so stigmatised! 13% of the world’s population have diagnosed mental illnesses, equating to 970 million people (and thats not even including the people struggling and undiagnosed). With 1 in 6 people in the last week experiencing a common mental health problem and feel hopeless with no support, these statistics are shocking. The suicide rate in the UK is averaged at 16 deaths per day! But we all go about our life like mental health isn’t one of the biggest and deadliest killers, nobody should ever feel like their life isn’t worth living. There is always a light at the end of the tunnel, you might not be able to see it just yet but it’s there… I promise.

We are here to make a difference! If anyone needs help, advice or just someone to talk to please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time of the day, we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
